1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Rouge Paris. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products & descriptions

We do our best to describe each product accurately, including materials, dimensions and features. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen rendering.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping page for delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

See our Returns page. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16.e).

6. Warranty

Electronic products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Damage from misuse, water beyond IPX rating, or unauthorised repair is not covered.

7. Limitation of liability

Rouge Paris's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Brussels.
