Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. For everyone's safety, our return policy follows the standards of the intimate-products industry.
What can be returned
- Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging — within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items — full replacement or refund, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken:
- Vibrators, stimulators and any intimate toy
- Lubricants, gels, massage oils
- Underwear and wearable items
This is industry-standard and required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16.e).
How to start a return
Email parisrouge.team@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label for eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
